Amalfi First Line offers mental health services to first responders in the community. First Line is a collaborative collective of therapists/counselors and nurse practitioners who work together to provide counseling and consultation, as well as medication management.
Amalfi First Line offers mental health services, including counseling and medication management. We offer various types of psychotherapy that may differ between each of our providers. We often treat the following conditions for first responders:
Although providers at First Line treat a variety of conditions and diagnoses including Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), our providers will not be prescribing any stimulant medications such as Adderall at this time. Our providers are unable to provide benzodiazepines for daily use.
First Line does not provide Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
Providers at First Line will not provide any medication in office or on-site including medication samples, long acting injectables (LIA), ketamine infusions (including Spravato or nasal esketamine), or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). If additional services are needed, AMH will refer to another office in order to help meet your needs.
Providers at First Line are happy to see patients both in person and via telehealth. Although our providers feel that they are able to create a stronger bond and stronger patient relationships with in person visits, we understand that everyone's schedules are different. We also understand that some patients may be in various geographical locations are are unable to come in to the office for an in-person visit.
We are happy to accommodate telehealth services per request, as the provider deems appropriate.
Please note: if patients are prescribed controlled substances, the patient must be seen in person a minimum of once per year in order to continue those medications.
To schedule your initial appointment, we ask that you click the "Schedule Appointment" tab on the home page on our website 'amalfihealth.com'. Once the request is submitted, you will be prompted to complete intake paperwork and sign consent forms. You will be sent a link to schedule within 24 hours after submitting your paperwork and consent for treatment. This process allows us to make sure we offer the services you need. In addition, this allows us to spend your first appointment talking about you rather than filling out intake forms.
If you have questions or would like to connect with us directly, please call or text the office (614) 756-6027.
For a new intake or new patient appointment, we ask that you have all of your paper work completed and schedule at least 3 days in advance. This allows our team to submit the correct paperwork through your insurance company to avoid any unnecessary delays in care.
Follow-up appointments may be scheduled within 24 hours.
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please click on 'manage my bookings' link on our booking website: https://amalfimh.intakeq.com/booking.
At Amalfi First Line , we understand that unexpected life circumstances happen. As a small business, we will ensure all patients receive adequate appointment reminders on several occasions prior to each scheduled appointment.
Please note, Amalfi First Line does have a cancellation policy. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel the appointment, that the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any unnecessary fees. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not provide notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
